KYC-procedures
Every new counterparty is identified before any storage agreement: company registration, ultimate beneficial owners and authorised signatories.
AML-procedures
Payment flows are checked against the contracting entity; third-party payments and unexplained changes are refused.
Sanctienaleving
Counterparties, vessels and cargo origins are screened against EU, UN, UK and US sanctions lists.
Verificatie van tegenpartijen
We verify buyers, sellers and their representatives directly — and you can verify us the same way.
Documentverificatie
TSR, TSA and storage confirmations are issued only from @tankholdingbv.nl and can be confirmed with our desk by reference number.
Certificeringen & verzekering
Terminal certifications, ISO documentation and insurance details are shared with qualified counterparties as part of the verification package.
Antifraudeprocedures
Banking details are never changed by email. Any change is confirmed by phone with a known contact.
