What data we collect

When you use our contact or storage enquiry form we collect your name, email address, phone number, company name and the details of your message or storage request (port, product, volume and notes).

Why we use it

We use this data only to answer your enquiry, prepare offers and contracts, and carry out the services you request. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We only share it with service providers that help us run this website and deliver email, and with inspection companies or port agents when this is needed to perform a service you have requested.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for up to two years after our last contact. Data linked to a contract is kept for seven years to meet Dutch tax and accounting obligations.

Cookies

This website only stores your language preference in your browser. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may ask to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your data, or object to its use. Email info@tankholdingbv.nl and we will reply within one month. You may also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Security

Your data is sent over encrypted connections and access is limited to staff who need it to handle your enquiry.
